You too, Cap'n! Beautiful weather out here today...saw a herd of peccary, and two coyotes stopped to say "hello" to our lizard spotting doggies...a little rain always brings everyone out. The whole family (our kids) has been around to enjoy one another's company and that of the natural world just makes it so much nicer, eh?

I'll never forget my older brother helping me construct a huge layout for the train...I gathered gravel to fill the coal carrying cars, and we used elmers to seal the mixture in....great fun. 65 or so.

I'm highly disappointed. My lump of coal this year was low-grade West Virginia bituminous, as opposed to the Pennsylvanian anthracite I normally get.
